We are looking for great sales people to engage with our patrons and community! We value individuals who can work as part of a team, as well as take initiative when needed to best serve our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and providing customer service
- Asking questions to determine the type of bike a customer needs
- Answering questions regarding available inventory
- Learning details of all merchandise
- Researching new bike technology to better handle customer requests
- Ringing up sales
- Performing general store maintenance and cleaning
- Building relationships to ensure future business
Necessary Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Excellent people skills
- Passion about new bike technology
- Ability to lift heavy inventory
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in bike sales
- Knowledge of general bike repair and maintenance

Job Description:
- Responsible in planning and implementing of marketing strategies. This may include creating or altering brand images, new product launching, traditional marketing and social media marketing.
- Conduct performance analysis, evaluate of the promotion and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Manage all social media channels for digital marketing
- Develop digital marketing plan and implement social media strategies
- Research and analysis social media trends
- Develop engaging, creative, innovative content and design for regular schedule posts
- Assist manager/ senior on marketing program, road show and event
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, product, merchandising technique, competitor activities, market trend, etc.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Ecommerce or other relevant discipline
- Preferably with min. 1 year of working experience but fresh graduates with outgoing personality are encourage to apply
- Copy writing, content creation
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in the graphic design, web design, photography and etc.
- Possess skills in using creative design, animation & editing software/ apps.
- Possess initiative with the ability to work independently and as a team
- Knowledge in bicycle and distribution industry will be added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office Application: Word, Excel
- Preferably language(s): English & Malay
- Dynamic, highly motivated and a result oriented player with good interpersonal skills.
