Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

1.  This campaign is open to ABUS customers who purchased from us from 28th June 2019 onwards.

2. To participate in this program, the participants have to do the following :

1. Fill up the Google Form : https://forms.gle/NYb64x5HJ2wa5WTg6
2. Select the desired authorized dealer as a point of collection.
3. Upload the proof of purchase + either the photo of the product or SLM Gold Label on the product box.

3. The program is limited to 200 gifts only.  It is a first come first serve basis.

Campaign Details

1. The Year End Present from ABUS Malaysia Program is organized by SLM Bicycle Trading Sdn. Bhd, (Company No. 1144475-D) (“SLM Bicycle”). The Contest is governed by these terms and conditions, including any subsequent amendments thereto (“Terms & Conditions”).

2. This program will commence on 1st of December and will end on 14th December, or while stocks last.
3. The presents will be through a Letter of Redemption from SLM and the physical item to be collected at respective dealers within its operating hours.The Winners are required to redeem their prizes from 20th December 2021 until 5th of Jan 2022, failing which, the winner will not be entitled to the prizes.
4. The participants are required to inform the dealer the name and phone number for verification purposes.
5. A single product is entitled to1 Year End Present. If the participant had purchased 3 ABUS products from SLM Bicycle’s authorized dealers, the participant is entitled to claim 3 Year End Presents. 
6. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute consent on the winner’s part to allow the use of the winner’s name, photo, image, voice and/or likeness by SLM Bicycle for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
7. SLM Bicycle shall not under any circumstances whatsoever be liable for any loss, injury, damage or delay arising out of any cause whatsoever beyond SLM Bicycle’s reasonable control or any malfunctioning of or defect in or failure of any of the prize or any loss of the use of any prize.
8. All participants in the Year End Present Program will be deemed to have accepted the Terms & Conditions.
9. SLM Bicycle reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the program and to amend or change these Terms and Conditions at any time for whatever reason and without giving prior notice. The decision of SLM Bicycle on all matters relating to or in connection with the program is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
10. In the event of inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and the other versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
11. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. The Courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions, including the validity and enforceability thereof.
